Buying a new mattress is one of the most personal purchases you can make, and no amount of time spent in a store can replicate what it feels like to sleep on a mattress night after night in your own home. That's why every air bed purchased from AirBed Bargains comes with our 30-Day Comfort Exchange — a full month to make sure you made the right choice.
How It Works
If within 30 days of receiving your air bed you feel it isn't the right fit, simply contact us and we will work with you to find a mattress that better suits your sleep needs. We'll exchange your current mattress for any other mattress in our store of equal or greater value. If you're upgrading to a higher-priced model you simply pay the difference. There are no restocking fees and no complicated return process — just a straightforward exchange designed to make sure you end up on the right bed.
What to Keep in Mind
The 30-Day Comfort Exchange is available once per order, so take your full 30 days to really evaluate how your new air bed is working for you. Shipping costs for the exchanged mattress are the customer's responsibility, which is standard across the industry for mattress exchanges. Your new selection ships as soon as your exchange is confirmed.
Our Promise to You
We carry premium air beds because we believe in what they do for sleep — and we stand behind every purchase we facilitate. The 30-Day Comfort Exchange isn't fine print. It's our commitment that you won't be stuck with a mattress that isn't right for you.
One exchange per order. Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on the replacement mattress. Original mattress must be in acceptable condition.
We do not pick up any products in the event of a return. You will be responsible to ship all merchandise in the original boxes to the correct warehouse within the time frame allowed.
Non Returnable Products:
- Anything that is excessively dirty or has been soiled or damaged
- Complete Air Bed Mattresses
- Air Bed Replacement Chambers - Exhanged under warranty only
- Electric Air Bed Pumps - Exchanged under warranty only
- Mattress pads and Sheets that have been used or laundered

You must contact us with the 30-day trial window or we will be unable to accept any returns. We will advise you on the proper shipping address when we begin to process your return.
Please be sure to use tracking and insurance when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost package. For this reason we ask that you send your package back to us by UPS or FEDEX - If you select to use the post office, you must purchase delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return.
International Shipping
All international orders are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or warranty support on any international orders. We send the highest quality merchandise with attention to detail in every order, but we cannot be 100% sure that every product will work for your application. Take extra care when placing an international order and remember that all international orders are final.
